Step 3: Architecture & Design Intent
For renovations and new builds, we focus on refining the layout and space planning. This step involves collaboration with architects (when needed) and your builder to ensure a seamless flow. We’ll define the design intent, finalizing finishes, materials, and aesthetic details, all while ensuring long-term functionality. For every project, whether it’s for furnishings and decor, a room renovation, or a new construction build, we’ll present the design intent for your approval, setting the stage for the next phase.
Step 4: Design Finalization & Selections
With the design foundation solidified, we finalize selections for materials, fixtures, and finishes—whether it’s furniture and decor for smaller projects or custom millwork and detailed elements for larger renovations or new builds. We’ll work closely with you to ensure everything stays within budget, complements your style, and brings the space to life. A final design meeting will give you the opportunity to review all selections before we move forward.
Step 5: Procurement & Coordination
For every project, we manage procurement to ensure the smooth acquisition of all materials, furniture, and fixtures. From tracking deliveries for renovations and new builds to ensuring timely sourcing and installation for decor projects, we coordinate everything so your project stays on track and on time.
Step 6: Execution & Oversight
As the project progresses, we work directly with you and your builder, or handle installations for smaller projects, ensuring everything aligns with the design intent. We conduct regular site visits and walk throughs to monitor the work, make necessary adjustments, and ensure your satisfaction and quality standards of the designs are met. Once the main work is complete, we ensure a cohesive, welcoming atmosphere that showcases your new space at its best.
