After establishing our roots in Massachusetts, we founded our company in 2022 with a vision to create beautifully designed, functional spaces. Our journey began with the renovation of a 1930s Cape in Western Massachusetts—a project that not only deepened our design expertise but also ignited a growing interest in their services locally. Word spread, and soon we were receiving inquiries from clients across the Northeast. Today at Hayes House, we focus exclusively on home design and interiors, bringing years of experience, a passion for craftsmanship, and a deep understanding of design to every project.

I’m Collin Hayes, and my journey in design began in New York City, where I started by creating visuals for retail spaces across the country. This experience helped me develop a strong foundation in space planning, flow, and functionality, as well as managing complex specialty projects. Over the years, I honed my skills in architectural design and space planning, becoming deeply focused on how function and aesthetics come together in every space. At Hayes House, I specialize in architecture, construction drawings, and overall design concepts, guiding the direction of each project from start to finish. I’m also hands-on with project management, ensuring everything runs smoothly, stays on schedule, and hits every milestone. My goal is always to create functional, well-designed spaces that meet the unique needs of each client while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
