OUR PROCESS
Step 1: Consultation, Proposal & Agreement
We start with a detailed discussion of your project goals, timelines, and budget. From there, we provide a clear proposal outlining the scope of work, design fees, and project timeline. Once approved, a contract is signed, and we receive the initial payment to kick off the project.
Step 2: Architecture & Design Intent
In collaboration with you and the architect, we refine the layout, focusing on functional design elements. Our process ensures the electrical and plumbing plans complement the overall design vision. We present a conceptual design, outlining overarching design threads and aesthetic, ensuring that the design reflects both form and function in alignment with the project’s goals.
Step 3: Final Design & Selection
Once the design concept is refined, we finalize selections for materials, finishes, fixtures, and custom millwork. This ensures that every detail aligns with your budget and the project vision, preparing us for the next steps in procurement and implementation.
Step 4: Purchasing & Procurement
We provide a detailed purchasing list with all material specifications and descriptions, ensuring timely procurement of every item. We can manage this process directly or provide you with the list for your team to track and manage.
Step 5: Build Collaboration
Throughout the construction phase, we maintain close communication with your team, making on-site visits and addressing any design-related questions or adjustments to ensure seamless execution of the vision.
Step 6: Furnishings & Decor
For spec home properties, we can support with staging services to enhance the property’s marketability. For custom homes, we handle the full interior design process, from furniture selection to final styling and decor, ensuring a cohesive, polished result.
